RESOLUTION TO APPROVE JONESBORO ECONOMICAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM’S PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has agreed to approve the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System’s Purchasing and Procurement Policy and Procedure Manual; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Coordinator and the Community Transportation Advisory Board have approved the Manual; and

WHEREAS, the Manual is necessary for the City of Jonesboro to comply with state and federal regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to approve the Purchasing and Procurement Policy and Procedure Manual for the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System.
