(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a drainage easement located between Lots 12 & 13, Block "D" of Ridgepointe Phase I. (Gene Vance)
(B) 1st reading -Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Southwest Drive, 1,000 feet west of Maple Valley Drive. (Jay Gunter/Scott Emerson)
5. Resolution setting a public hearing for November 16, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. in Municipal Court, located at 410 W. Washington, for the purpose of gaining public input on the 1999 Community Development Block Grant Program.
6. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of vacating unimproved street right-of-ways in Lazy Acres Subdivision. (Berl A. Smith, Attorney)
7. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of vacating an unimproved portion of Bee Cove and the currently recorded easements of Luke's Run. (George Hamman)
8. Review of the following reappointment: Ms. Deborah Agnew to the Board of Directors of the Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority, with an expiration date of October, 2003.
