BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-1 to Commercial C-3 the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 4 East Craighead County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 4 East Craighead County, Arkansas: thence S89º02'00" W. along Quarter Section Line - 50.01'; Thence N00º10'54" E. - 41.01' to the North Right of Way Line of Windover Road the Point of Beginning Proper; Thence S89º02'00" W. along said Right of Way line - 220.00' ; Thence N00º 10'54"E. - 198.00 ' ; thence N89º02'00" E - 220.00' to the west Right of Way Line of Brown’s Lane; Thence S00º10'54" W. along said Right of Way Line - 198.00' to the Point of Beginning proper containing 1.00 acres more or less subject to all Rights of Way and easements of record.
