Special Called Meeting
Tuesday, January 16, 2006
6:16 p.m.
Members present: Darrel Dover, Cecil Province, Jimmy Ashley, and John Street. Members absent: Alec Farmer and Chris Moore.
Excavator: Councilman Dover moved, seconded by Councilman Ashley to recommend bid number 2005:82 to the Finance Committee for the purchase of a 321 CUR Excavator from J. A. Riggs #1 for the amount of $83,200.00. All voted aye.
Fork Lift: Councilman Ashley moved, seconded by Councilman Dover to place an ordinance on the agenda for review by the full City Council to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of a Toyota Forklift. All voted aye.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, Councilman Ashley moved, seconded by Councilman Dover to adjourn. All voted aye.
