Monday, January 20, 2003
5:30 p.m.
Members Present: Hargis, Young, McCall, Roddy, Province.
Meeting called to order by Alderman Tim McCall (Acting Chair). McCall briefly went over how the committee structure should work with the overall chair recording the minutes.
Alderman Hargis moved that Alderman McCall be named the Chairman of the Public Services Committee. Alderman Province seconded the motion. All members voted in the affirmative. Alderman McCall abstained from voting.
Alderman McCall moved that Alderman Young be named the Chairman of the Cemetery and Parks Sub-Committee. Alderman Province seconded the motion. All members voted in the affirmative. Alderman Young abstained from voting.
Alderman Province moved that Alderman Roddy be named the Chairman of the Sanitation & Landfill Committee. Alderman McCall seconded the motion. All members voted in the affirmative. Alderman Roddy abstained from voting.
Alderman McCall asked if there was any other business, with none, McCall moved to adjourn. Alderman Province seconded the motion. All members voted in the affirmative. Meeting adjourned.
