BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:                          

SECTION 1: The following shall be added as Subsection (D) of Section 8.40.20 - Leased Spaces:

(D)  Spaces in the alley in the 300 Block between Church and Main as recommended by the Parking Commission.

SECTION 2: It is further found that due to the immediate need to provide leased spaces, and emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall take effect from and after its approval.     

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1991.
