MAPC MINUTES
FEBRUARY 11, 1982
The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met Thursday, February 11, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Cooper, Mr. Ball, Mr. Smith, Mr. Tilton, Mr. Farmer, Mr. White, and Mr. Fehr ( Mr. Butch Fehr is replacing Mr. Gott ).
MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Blalock and Mr. Scott.
Others Present: John Broadaway and Brenda Watkins
The following items were discussed:
#1 Wayne Watkins requests final approval for replat of Lots 16, 17, 18 and 19 of Block 9, of E. C. Stuck Addition. The general location of this property is South of Johnson Avenue and West of Rogers Street.
Mr. Ball made a motion to approve request, seconded by Mr. Tilton. Request was APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
#2 Gary Schisler and Bob Grobmeyer request final approval of a replat of Lot 7, Love’s Survey, Jonesboro, Arkansas, into two lots. The general location of this property is West of Allis Street and South of Hoover Drive.
A motion was made by Mr. White and seconded by Mr. Fehr to approve item #2. Request item was APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
#3 Tommy Rankin requests final approval for Driftwood East 2nd Addition together with Site Development Plan. The general location of this property is West of Stadium Boulevard and North of Highland Drive.
Mr. Ball made a motion to approve request, seconded by Mr. Smith, subject to the stipulation of a 10' easement being provided on the west line of Lot 7. Request APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
