A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A HEARING ON THE APPROVAL OF A REZONING REQUEST FOR 312 E. NETTLETON, JONESBORO, AR

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (“MAPC”) denied the approval of the rezoning request for 1.16+/- located at 312 E. Nettleton.

WHEREAS, the appeal of the MAPC decision needs to be set for a hearing before the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

1.                     The appeal of the decision of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission regarding Options, A Pregnancy Resource Center, Inc’s rezoning request for 312 E. Nettleton will be heard before the City Council on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 300 S. Church Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas.

PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER 2023.
