BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT THE FOLLOWING BIDS BE APPROVED AND ACCEPTED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE STAFF OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND SUBMITTED TO THE PURCHASING AGENT

2005:77 - Boom Truck with Platform and Crane - Low Bidder being Barloworld bid #2.  With additional safety options consisting of upgrading the articulating crane to a Cormach Model 12,000 E2; Radio remote controls; and four corner strobe system.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THE 19^TH day of December, 2005.
