AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 08-099 INCREASING FEES FOR FLOODPLAIN PERMITS; DRAINAGE BASE FEE; STORMWATER PRICE PER ACRE; SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMITS; STORMWATER SITE PLAN PERMIT; STORMWATER APPEAL FEE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES (NOTE: THIS ORDINANCE WAS POSTPONED INDEFINITELY ON NOVEMBER 3, 2009)

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro Revenue Enhancement Committee conducted a review of all city fees and licenses and;
WHEREAS, some fees have not been changed during the last twenty years and;
WHEREAS, as the City Council for the City of Jonesboro accepts the recommendation of said committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro that Ordinance No. 08-099 be amended as follows:
1. The fee for floodplain permit per acre is $100.00; drainage permit base fee $25.00; drainage cost per linear foot $0.10; stormwater permit price per acre $100.00; Site permit flat fee 10 lots or less $250.00; site fee for subdivision over 10 lots $25.00;stormwater site plan flat fee 3.5 acres or less $350.00; site plan fee over 3.5 acres $100.00; stormwater appeal flat fee $100.00.
2. Ordinance No. 08-09 is hereby amended to reflect said increase in fees.
3. Existing ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.
