BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jonesboro that Jettie Burke, Mrs. E. L. Westbrooke, and Mrs. Constance Hankemeyer all of whom are residents and owners of real property within the district of the City Water and Light Plant of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be and they are each named as Judges for the February 21, 1963 election in said improvement district, and that Bryan Armstrong and Edgar Booker, both of whom are residents and owners of real estate wherein said district and are named as clerks for said election.

  PASSED and ADOPTED this 4^th day of February, 1963.
