BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:
FROM Residential, R-1 TO Commercial, C-4, Limited Use Overlay, THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,
run N 00°00'00" W, a distance of 770.00 feet to a point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continue N 00°00'00" W, a distance of 200.63 feet to a point;
thence N 90°00'00" E, a distance of 325.00 feet to a point;
thence S 00°00'00" E, a distance of 200.63 feet to a point;
thence N 90°00'00" W, a distance of 325.00 feet to a point;
said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 1.50 acres, and being subject to Arkansas Highway No. 141 right-of-way along the west side thereof.
SECTION 2: THE REZONING OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:
