TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
We, the undersigned, do hereby grant a temporary construction easement to the City of Jonesboro/Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department to enter upon the property described below for the purpose of realigning Hanley Drive to intersect with the newly constructed Highway 63B (Dan Avenue).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Beginning at a point on the existing Right-of-Way line and 62.28 feet left of the centerline station 261+33 of Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department Job No. 100461, thence a distance of 164 feet to a point located 168.92 feet left of centerline station 259+79, thence a distance of 60 feet to a point located 210.00 feet left of centerline station 260+42, thence a distance of 154 feet to a point located 133.00 feet left of centerline station 262+00, thence a distance of 80 feet to a point located on the existing Right-of-Way line 57.69 feet left of centerline station 262+22.21, thence a distance of 90 feet back along the existing Right-of-Way line to the point of beginning located 62.28 feet left of centerline station 261+33.
The temporary construction easement described above will become void upon completion of the project.
BE IT RESOVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro that:
SECTION 1: The temporary construction easement described above is hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro and shall be designated as the Hanley Drive Project.
SECTION 2: The originals of the temporary construction easement are on file and available for review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
