WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to obtain the services of Brackett Krennerich  Associates, P.A. to construct Fire Station #5 to be located on Neely Road

WHEREAS, this contract has been recommended by the Public Works Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

Section 1:  The City of Jonesboro approves the contract for architectural services with Brackett Krennerich for the construction of Fire Station #5 located on Neely Road.

Section 2:  The Mayor, Harold Perrin, and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
