A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXTEND COMPLETION DATE ON CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH RSA INC d/b/a NRS CONSULTING ENGINEERS UNDER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DRAINAGE;

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro previously entered into a contract with NRS Consulting Engineers.

WHEREAS, the City now desires to amend said contract extending said time frame within which to perform the work by 60 days; and

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT;

1: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an amended contract with NRS Consulting Engineers, Inc extending time on the Valley Drive drainage projects to complete the project by an additional 60 days.
