A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CITY WATER AND LIGHT BOARD

WHEREAS, the City Council is required to make appointments to the City Water and Light Board;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

The City Council shall appoint Joe Cullum as the representative for Jonesboro Public Schools on the City Water and Light Board of Directors and to fulfill the unexpired term of Paula Thompson effective immediately with an expiration date of 3-1-2011.
