RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF NINE POLICE VEHICLES

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT 9 (NINE) POLICE VEHICLES APPROVED IN THE 1991 BUDGET BE PURCHASED UNDER THE STATE BID FOR THE AMOUNT OF $12,893.00 EACH.

Further, be it resolved that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to purchase said vehicles above.
