RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING A CORRECTIVE ACTION AGREEMENT, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY STATEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has applied for Federal Funds under the Economic Development Administration for the Strand Theater, and

WHEREAS, the City has previously approved an Affirmative Action Plan and now is desirous of amending it with the Corrective Action Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that a Correction Action Agreement, Equal Opportunity Policy Statement be approved on this date.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 30^th day of August, 1977.
