AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 954, THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO REZONE FROM (R-2) TO COMMERCIAL (C-2), CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2205 AND 2207 CENTRAL

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has heard all persons desiring to be heard regarding the proposed rezoning of certain properties generally located at 2205 and 2207 Central and has recommended to the City Council rezoning as described below:

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

 

That Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in zoning district classifications, from Residential R-2 to Commercial C-2, for the following described property:

 

Lots 29 and 30 Howard Addition to the town of Nettleton, Arkansas, the same being a part of the west half of the Northeast quarter of Section 27 Township 14 North, Range 4 East.
