A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH IT ASSOCIATES, LLC FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro sent out a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for development of a disaster recovery plan, and
WHEREAS, IT Associates, LLC of Jonesboro was chosen as the most qualified of available responders and can complete the project for $25,000.00 plus tax, and
WHEREAS, funding has been provided in the 2007 budget to come from the Information Systems, Professional Services line item.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with IT Associates, LLC to provide a disaster recovery plan for the City of Jonesboro.
