A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A HEARING ON THE DENIAL BY MAPC OF A REZONING REQUEST FOR 5500 C.W. POST ROAD, JONESBORO, AR

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC) denied the approval of the rezoning request for 33.47 acres located at 5500 C.W. Post Rd.
WHEREAS, the appeal of the MAPC decision needs to be set for a hearing before the City Council of Jonesboro, AR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO ARKANSAS THAT:
The appeal of the decision of the MAPC regarding Karma Holdings, LLC’s rezoning request for 5500 C.W. Post Rd will be heard before the City Council on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 300 S Church Street, Jonesboro, AR.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 4TH DAY OF JUNE 2024.
