AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ROSEMOND AVENUE BETWEEN JAMES STREET AND FRIERSON STREET DURING SCHOOL DAYS FROM 7:30 AM TO 3:30 PM

WHEREAS, existing parking patterns in the vicinity of South School have created untenable situations for certain adjacent residences; and
WHEREAS, such vehicular problems can best be remedied by establishing certain parking restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
That parking be, and is hereby prohibited on the north side of Rosemond Avenue between James Street and Frierson Drive during school days from 7:30 am and 3:30 p.m.
