BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

SECTION 1: That (A) Mercantile Bank (Rick Wyatt); (B) Betty Jo Littles; (C) Cecil Poynor; (D) Stanley Andrews; (E) Stanley Andrews are the owners of the following described property and that the said owners are hereby ordered to remove or raze the buildings upon said properties within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance.

SECTION 2: That said properties is hereinafter set forth in this Section, giving the street addresses and the hazards which they constitute to the citizens of Jonesboro, Arkansas the same being as follows: The properties are located at (A) 3809 Stevens; (B) 500 block Houston Street; (C) 317 West Woodrow; (D) 4108 Race Street; (E) 2414 Boydston and said structures are deficient as follows: The kitchen sinks, lavatories, tub and water closets are not maintained in good sanitary working condition, these fixtures are considered unsanitary and dilapidated; the foundations need extensive repair and it not supporting the floors which are swayed; exterior walls are not maintained and in sound condition and good repair; windows and doors are not substantially weather tight, water tight and rodent proof and are not maintained in sound working condition and good repair; hardware on windows and doors need repair or replacement; interior floors are buckled or uneven and need extensive repair; walls and ceilings need major repair through out the structure.
