SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES - NOVEMBER 29, 2001
The Jonesboro City Council met Thursday, November 29, 2001, at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, located at 900 W. Monroe. A full quorum was in attendance. Present were: Mayor Brodell, City Attorney Phillip Crego, and 10 council members. Those members were: Kelton, McCall, Young, Crockett, Rorex, Rega, Province, Moore, Perrin and Roddy. Councilmen Tate and Copeland were unable to attend.
The special meeting was called for the purpose of presenting the Mayor’s proposed budget for the year 2002. Mayor Brodell requested the proposed budget be placed on the agenda for consideration by the full council on December 17, 2001.
Councilman Young, Chairman of the Finance Committee called a meeting for December 10, 2001 at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing the proposed budget.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
