AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-2 to Commercial C-5 the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of Lot 6, Block "I" of Nesbitt's Addition to Jonesboro, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, Block 1, of Nesbitt's Addition to Jonesboro; Thence N. 90°00'00" E, a distance of 61.95 feet to a point; Thence S. 01°10'46" W, a distance of 106.78 feet to a point; Thence N. 88°08'17" W, a distance of 63.17 feet to a point; Thence N 01°51'43" E, a distance of 104.76 feet to a point; said point being the Point of Beginning, said tract containing 6,614 square feet, or 0.15 acres, and being subject to easements and rights-of-way for roads and other purposes.
