RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WITH CAHOON FIRM P.A. FOR PARKS AND RECREATION PROJECTS

WHEREAS, the Parks Committee acting as the Professional Service Committee for Parks and Recreation projects has ranked, negotiated and selected an architectural firm; AND

WHEREAS, all requirements have been met regarding A.C.A. 19-11-801 for the procurement of services;

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and accept the Architectural Services Contract of Cahoon Firm PA consisting of pages 1 and 2.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this the 21^st day of July, 2003.
