RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO LINDELL HITCHCOCK AND THELMA WILSON TO OPERATE A TAXI CAB SERVICE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

WHEREAS, on the 6^th day of June, 1960, Lindell Hitchcock and Thelma Wilson filed an application for a permit to operate a Taxi Cab Service in the City of Jonesboro; and

WHEREAS, they have on deposit $5,000.00 in the Citizens Bank, as required by law, and properly insured motor units, as required by law;

NOW, THREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said permit be and is hereby granted.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20^th day of June, 1960.
