Wyatt called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes for July 16, 2025, Stormwater Management Board Meeting
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Porter and seconded by Steiling. The minutes were unanimously approved.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Charles Fletcher stated he is requesting a variance to not enclose the channel in front of the property located at 2612 N. Culberhouse. He explained the property will remain in the family and there have not been any drainage issues in the area.
Gillis made a motion to grant the variance to not enclose the channel located at 2612 N. Culberhouse. Seconded by Porter. All vote Aye. The variance was granted.
