RESOLUTION TO AMEND AN AGREEMENT WITH FISHER & ARNOLD FOR ADDITIONAL WORK

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro entered into an Agreement with Fisher & Arnold, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services on February 1, 2005 and;

WHEREAS, the existing Agreement needs to be modified to reflect additional work requested.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro that:

1. That the agreement for engineering services and compensation previously entered into with Fisher & Arnold on February l, 2005 be amended by the addition of Exhibit A.1 Professional Engineering Scope attached hereto:

2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any documents necessary to effectuate this Agreement.
