AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14, known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From (R-1) Single Family Medium Density District to (C-3) General Commercial District, the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 14, thence north 00 degrees 30’09” east 330.12 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence continue north 00 degrees 30’09” east 331.10 feet; thence north 89 degrees 14’39” east 376.69 feet; thence south 00 degrees 26’23” west 471.13 feet; thence south 57 degrees 51’34” west 27.85 feet; thence south 58 degrees 21’43” west 46.37 feet; thence south 86 degrees 47’59” west 130.47 feet; thence north 41 degrees 57’35” west 194.52 feet; thence north 54 degrees 58’35” west 64.18 feet; to the point of beginning proper, having an area of 173846.21 square feet, 3.99 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements and also known as all that part of Field Minor Plat lying north and east of West Washington Ave (Job R00059) as shown by plat in Plat Cabinet “C” at Page 153 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio recorder, Craighead County, Arkansas.
