AT&T contract to update the Vesta Pallas E-911 phone system

AT&T was awarded the contract to update the Vesta Pallas E-911 phone system and was signed on December 7, 2009. The contract amount is for $118,195 for two new E-911 call positions, maintenance & support for 60 months and licensing of the software. The City was awarded a grant from the Emergency Telephone Service Board in the amount of $94,556 to help off-set the cost of this upgrade. The resolution number is RES-09:184 and was approved by the City Council on December 1, 2009.
AT&T extended the contract with the city for the Vesta Pallas E-911 system. The contract extension was authorized by ORD-15:019 on May 5, 2015. The contract was signed on May 6, 2015. The contract amount is for a pay of $2,334 per month for 60 months and a begining sum of $158,140 including the cost of trading-in equipment. The extension term is from May, 2015 to May, 2020.
