RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO RICHARD LUSBY FOR HIS ACHIEVEMENTS AS A MEMBER OF THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION (MAPC)

WHEREAS, Richard Lusby, has faithfully completed tenures as a member of the (MAPC) Metropolitan Area Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Richard Lusby, to the Metropolitan Area Planning commission, the community of Jonesboro and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the splendid achievements of Richard Lusby.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro and copies be delivered to Richard Lusby.
