AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14, known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Commercial C-3 to Residential R-2, the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The North Half of Lot 8 of Thorn’s Addition to the City of Jonesboro, as shown by plat in Deed Record 20, Page 125 in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorded, Craighead County, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
SECTION 2: Upon development of the above described site, a fence shall be erected along the south line of the property to provide a visual barrier between the new development and the single family residence to the south. The fence shall be constructed in accordance with the standards and specifications of the City of Jonesboro.
