WHEREAS, Louise Schmidt has served as acting Executive Director of the Jonesboro Urban Renewal Agency, and

WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the intelligent and excellent manner in which she has conducted the office, and

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes this Resolution be spread upon the official minutes of the city.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council pays its respect and admiration to Louis Schmidt and appreciated the service she had rendered to the City of Jonesboro.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7^th day of October, 1974.
