RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A POLICY RELATING TO EMPLOYEE PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES

BE IT RESOLVED this 16^th day of August, 1982, that the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas wishes to establish a policy relating to employee payroll deductions for all employees of said City.

NOW, TEHREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that effective November 1, 1982, the practice of said City will be payroll deductions only for City sponsored programs and any payroll deductions that shall be required by law.
