AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCES NO. 3589 AND 3647 AS PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO.

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro desires to make changes to the Purchasing Manual concerning the line item approval from the City Accountant;

WHEREAS, Ordinances 3589 and 3647 deal with the setup and implementation of the line item program in the Purchasing Manual.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That ordinance no. 3589 passed and approved by the City Council be and is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2: That ordinance no. 3647 passed and approved by the City council be and is hereby repealed in its entirety.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20^th day of February, 2007.
