RESOLUTION TO CERTIFY PROPERTY AT 3809 STEVENS STREET AS BEING READY FOR OCCUPANCY

WHEREAS, the City Council had previously condemned the house at 3809 Steven Street by Resolution 1988:38. The Code Enforcement Officer does hereby certify that the structure at the above address has been remodeled and/or repaired and now complies with the City Codes. The Code Enforcement Officer does certify that the structure is ready for occupancy and that the water, electric and/or plumbing has passed inspection at the premises of:
1.) 3809 Stevens Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Owner Rodger Moore.
