BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of L. Chalmers Clarke, of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas for 310, 321 and 314 West Washington at $1010.84 and V.E. Parker, Jonesboro, Arkansas for 306 Washington @ 311 and 313 Monroe $325.00 be accepted, excluding the carport at the rear of 314 West Washington and that all buildings sold be removed by October 1, 1954, with purchase price to be paid before removal of any buildings.
