BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Ark. that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute a contract with Don Gilbert in regards to paving streets in the Edgewood Division, pursuant to terms that are set out in a written contract filed with the City Clerk
