RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF A RELEASE BY THE FAA FROM GRANT AGREEMENTS

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the terms of a release of the City of Jonesboro by the Federal Aviation Agency form the obligations of the City's grant agreements and AP-4 agreements insofar as they relate to approximately 218.813 acres of land comprising a part of the Jonesboro Municipal Airport, as such terms are set out in a release letter dated November 15, 1963 from such Federal Aviation Agency, Airport's Division, be and they are hereby accepted and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute for the City all necessary instruments evidencing the City's acceptance of such terms.
