BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential (R-1) To Commercial (C-3) the following described property:

A part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead Co., Arkansas to wit: From the center of said Section 10, run N. 0200'00" E. a distance of 637.00 ft. to a point; then run N. 8608'00" W. a distance of 30.00 ft. to a point; then run N. 0200'00" E. a distance of 242.60 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING; then run S. 8553'35" W. a distance of 201.11 ft. to a point; then run S. 0201'07" W. a distance of 212.86 ft. to a point; then run N. 8810'35" W. a distance of 476.22 ft. to a point; then run N. 0109'.28" E. a distance of 152.22 ft. to a point; then run N. 6009'48" E. along the South right of way line of Highway #49 a distance of 799.38 ft. to a point; then leaving said South right of way line run S. 0219'25" W. along the West right of way line of Airport Rd.
