RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AMEND A CONTRACT WITH J-QUAD PLANNING GROUP, FOR A HOUSING STUDY

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro previously executed a contract with J-Quad Planning, and

WHEREAS, the City o Jonesboro desires to amend said contract and expand the extent of the housing study.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, THAT:

1.  That the Contract previously entered into with J-Quad Planning Group, dated

August 3, 2012 should be amended as follows:

a) Multi-family Housing Study $29,925.00

b)Multi-family Housing Conditions Study $22,100.00

2.  That Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk Donna Jackson are authorized to execute all documents necessary to authorize the amended contract.
