RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE PROVISIONS OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE JONESBORO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, PROJECT NO. 8-05-0033-01

WHEREAS, on the 5^th day of February 1973, the City of Jonesboro entered into a Grant Agreement with the FAA for development of Jonesboro Municipal Airport, said Grant Agreement providing Federal assistance in the amount of $126,000.00 and

WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration has issued Amendment No.2 to the Grant which substitutes a revised Property May "A",

WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the interest of the City that said Amendment be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Ark.;

SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby accept the provisions of Amendment No.2 to Grant Agreement for Project No.8-05-0033-01 a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and

SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment No.2 for and on behalf of the City.
