RESOLUTION TO PLACE LIENS ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO PLACE LIENS ON THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES:

(1)  Mattie Smothers and heirs

509 N. Main Street

Jonesboro, AR

$1,622.50

(2)  Gary Clippard

200 Block of Clark

Jonesboro, AR

 $247.50

(3)  Dessie Wheeler

616 Hope St.

Jonesboro, AR

$2,374.42

The purpose of these liens is to recover the cost of removing the houses at the respective locations plus 10% penalty for collection. Said liens shall be placed and enforced if said cost remains unpaid at the end 30 days after the first publication of the notice. The property owners may appeal this action to the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, if the appeal is filed within the specified 30 days.
