1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from November 3, 1997, as provided.
ยท Request by Judge Honeycutt to address Council regarding the Municipal Court Clerk's Office budget for 1998.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 1st reading - Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds for the purpose of providing permanent financing for industrial facilities, and for other purposes. (Frito-Lay)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 6 acres from Residential (R-1) to Agricultural (AG-1), located on the west side of Caraway Road. (Carl and Patricia Hollis)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 2.63 acres from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the east side of Harrisburg Road. (Robin Nix, Hardrock Properties, Inc.)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of traffic signal equipment for the Mata Department.
