Opening: Chairman Farmer called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Minutes for the June 18, 2008, Stormwater Management Board Meetings
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Wilcox and seconded by Farris. The minutes were unanimously approved.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Motion to approve Appeal hearing minutes was made by Zolper and seconded by Street. The minutes were unanimously approved.
In regards to the appeal hearing, Light stated that the Developer submitted revised plans with underground detention and they were approved.
Farmer stated he will step down as Chairman of the Board but will remain a member. Vance will be the new Chairman. Vance will Chair the next meeting.
Light informed the Board that ADEQ has scheduled a general permit meeting at Allen Park Community Center on September 8th, at 1:30 p.m. He provided a flyer with additional details. (Attached)
V. PENDING ITEMS
Light stated that the manual is 90% complete. The manual will be complete by the next meeting. Zolper ask if a special meeting could be called to review the design manual and the regulations. The special meeting to review these items was sc...
