AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 954, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, TO REZONE FROM RESIDENTIAL (R-1) TO COMMERCIAL (C-3), CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2308 SUNNYMEADOW DRIVE.

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has heard all persons desiring to be heard regarding the proposed rezoning of certain property generally located at 2308 Sunnymeadow Drive, and has recommended to the City Council rezoning as described below:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
That Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in zoning district classification, from R-1 Residential to C-3 Commercial, for the following described property:
TRACT "A": A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas; Being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Jonesboro, Craighead County Arkansas; Thence N00°00'00" E. - 180.00'; Thence N89°18'00" E. - 330.00' to the Point of Beginning Proper; Thence N00°00'00" E. - 120.00'; Thence N89°18'00"E. 110.00'; Thence S. 00°00'00" W. 120.00'; Thence S89°18'00" W. - 110.00' to the Point of Beginning Proper; containing 0.30 acres more or less; subject to all rights of way and easements of record.
