AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON A 15' UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN SAGE MEADOWS, PHASE II - A

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to this easement designated as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

All that part of a fifteen foot (15') dedicated utility easement that intersects the northwest corner of Lot 228 of the Sage Meadows Phase II-A Subdivision to the City of Jonesboro, as recorded in the public records in plat cabinet "C", page 49 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Craighead County, Arkansas.

SECTION 2: A copy of the ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the Deed Records of such office.
