The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met on Thursday, October 10, 1968, at 7:30 P.M. in the City Hall, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Lane, Scott, Ulmer, Spurlock, Melton, Falls.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Scott.
Items for business were as follows:
Item #1. Approval of a subdivision of Yon Hill Subdivision on Highway 141 North.
Item #2. Approval of a subdivision of Meadow Lark Acres east of the city limits.
Item #3. Preliminary approval granted for subdivision of Quail Hollow Addition, pending examination of replats by Chairman Scott and Secretary Ulmer. Scott and Ulmer given authority by commission to give full approval subject to an addition access road between Neely and Covey Roads being provided by developers.
Item #4. Preliminary approval of replat of Lots 7, 8, and 9 of Block C; Lot 5, Block D; and Lot 3, Block F of Briarwood First Addition. Full approval subject to approval of Scott and Ulmer after examination of original plats and the replats. Copy of original plat not presented at meeting.
Item #5. Application continued for one month for the replat of Lot 12, Broadway’s First Addition. (Application is to be presented at November meeting.
