AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2006 BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO:

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION ONE:  Budget Ordinance Number 3600, as amended during 2006, is further amended by the increase in revenues and transfers presented in Schedule A, and by the increase in appropriations and transfers presented in Schedule B1 and B2.

SECTION TWO: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6^th day of February, 2007.
